Please elaborate on the type(s) of agricultural operation you plan on running:
We plan on supplying our family with food and selling the surplus so we are interested in a well-functioning homestead with a large garden, dairy animal, meat animals, laying hens, etc.. We are also interested in using agriculture to teach children to develop a deep connection with their home and place by opening a non-profit school that operated outdoors and uses the farm.
We are particularly interested in raw land with no buildings on it and would like it to have some wooded areas.

- We have a small homestead with chickens, goats, garden. I interned on a farm for a year (2016) where I basically managed a dairy, meat, and CSA farm.
