Please elaborate on the type(s) of agricultural operation you plan on running:
We would like to focus on biodynamic farming if there is enough land. We are looking to farm vegetables and fruit and would love to invest in planting an orchard if there isn't one already. We are looking to keep a small herd of goats and maybe a cow, and poultry/waterfowl. I would be interested in starting up a small goat share program for dairy goats (about 5-10 goats). The goal of the farm is to keep the land fertile or build fertility through the animals. We are also interested in a commercial kitchen to sell value added items, but that is not a requirement. A greenhouse would be a big plus, but we are willing to purchase one.
