Please elaborate on the type(s) of agricultural operation you plan on running:
I would like to establish a greenhouse and small scale vegetable/orchard operation. I do not contemplate having livestock other than perhaps small scale poultry. Principal areas would be micro-greens, wheat grass, indoor (greenhouse) vegetable cultivation with some outdoor crops, such as grains (sorghum, corn, barley, amaranth).
